You might benefit from a Pricing Review if...

  • You're selling well but don't seem to have much money left afterwards.

  • You know roughly what your products cost, but aren't sure you've included everything.

  • You don't really know what your profit margin is.

  • You've based your prices largely on what competitors charge.

  • Your costs have increased and you're not sure how much your prices need to increase.

  • You regularly discount and aren't sure what that's doing to your profit.

  • You're launching something new and want to get the pricing right from the beginning.

  • You simply want reassurance that the numbers behind your prices make sense.

You don't need to understand margins, mark-ups or accounting terminology before you come to us. That's our job.

Pricing Review

Are you sure you are charging enough - £195

Setting a price can involve a surprising amount of guesswork.

Maybe you looked at what other businesses charge. Maybe you added a bit onto your costs. Perhaps you've increased your prices over time — but you're still not completely sure whether you're actually making enough from each sale.

We'll dig into the numbers behind your pricing and help you understand what you're really making, whether your current prices work and what you may need to change.

What we'll look at

We'll take a detailed look at the numbers behind up to 5 of your products or services, including:

Your costs
What does it actually cost you to make or deliver what you sell?

Your current prices
What are you charging now and what does that leave you with?

Your margins
How much are you actually making from each sale?

The wider costs of running your business
Because covering the materials or direct costs isn't the same thing as making a profitable sale.

Different pricing scenarios
Where useful, we'll show you what happens to your numbers at different price points.

The bigger picture
We'll help you understand what all of this means for your business rather than simply handing you a spreadsheet full of percentages.
Depending on how you currently manage your finances, I’ll look at:

  • Your bookkeeping setup — how you record your income and expenses and whether your current approach is working well.

  • Your Xero or spreadsheet setup — whether it’s structured in a way that gives you useful, reliable information.

  • Bank and payment records — how you keep track of money coming in and going out and whether anything could be made simpler.

  • Your regular finance routine — what you’re currently doing weekly, monthly or only occasionally, and where useful checks may be missing.

  • How you understand your numbers — whether your current setup helps you see how the business is performing, rather than simply keeping records.

  • Any particular areas you’re unsure about — so I can focus the review on the things that are causing you the most uncertainty.

This isn’t an audit or a line-by-line check of every transaction. It’s an experienced review of the way you’re managing your finances, designed to identify what’s working, what could be improved and what you should focus on next.

What you'll receive

Your personalised pricing analysis

We'll create a clear spreadsheet showing the calculations behind your pricing so you can see exactly how the numbers work.

Your written Pricing Review

You'll receive a straightforward written report explaining what we've found, where we think there may be problems and what we'd recommend you consider changing.

Clear numbers you can actually use

You'll be able to see the impact different prices have on your profit and margins, giving you useful information for future pricing decisions too.

Follow-up questions

Reading your review might naturally raise another question or two. That's absolutely fine.

You'll have 7 days after receiving your review to send us questions about the analysis we've provided.

How it works

1. Purchase your Pricing Review

Buy online for the fixed price of £195. There's no discovery call or sales meeting first.

2. Tell us about your business

We'll send you a straightforward questionnaire explaining exactly what information we need.

Depending on your business, this might include your current prices, costs, sales information and other relevant business expenses.

Don't worry if you don't know exactly what to send us — we'll guide you through it.

3. We get to work

Claire will analyse your numbers and build your personalised pricing review.

4. Receive your review

We'll send your completed spreadsheet and written report within 7 working days of receiving all the information we need.

5. Ask your questions

You'll then have the opportunity to ask any follow-up questions about your review.

No Zoom. No awkward sales calls. Just straightforward financial analysis you can work through in your own time.

Follow-up questions relating to your review are included in the price.

If something comes up that falls outside the scope of your review or needs additional work, I’ll always let you know before doing anything chargeable.

5. Ask your follow-up questions
After you've had time to go through your review, you'll have the opportunity to come back to me with questions about my recommendations.

No discovery calls. No Zoom meetings. No trying to find a mutually convenient hour in the diary. You can send me what I need in your own time, and you'll have my recommendations to refer back to whenever you need them.

What does it cost?

£195

One fixed price.

That includes analysis of up to 5 products or services, your personalised spreadsheet, written report and follow-up questions relating to your review.

A couple of important things to know

I'd definitely have a small section like this because it protects you from scope creep.

More than 5 products or services?
Start with the ones that matter most to your business. If you need a larger pricing exercise, get in touch and we can let you know what additional analysis would involve.

We'll give you the numbers — you make the final decision.
There isn't always one single “correct” selling price. We'll show you what your numbers are telling us and give you practical recommendations, but you remain in control of your pricing decisions.

This isn't a market research exercise.
We're analysing whether your pricing works financially for your business. We're not conducting detailed competitor or customer research to determine what the market will pay.

That final boundary is really important. Otherwise “Pricing Review” could inadvertently promise a full commercial pricing strategy rather than financial analysis.
